  • What about Warranties?

    Tile Installation Warranty:
    We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on all standard tile installations. This covers issues caused by installation errors such as tile lifting, cracking (not due to structural movement), or grout failure.

    Walk-In Shower Warranty:
    For custom walk-in showers, we provide a 10-year warranty on workmanship and waterproofing integrity. This ensures your shower stays leak-free and structurally sound.

    1-Year Complimentary Check-Up:
    Every project includes a free 1-year inspection visit. We’ll check grout condition, tile stability, and waterproofing performance (for showers). It’s our way of making sure everything is holding up as it should—and keeping your peace of mind intact.

    Note: Our warranty covers workmanship-related issues, not damage caused by improper use, neglect, plumbing leaks, improper cleaning, impact damage, work by others, or structural shifting beyond our control. Manufacturer warranties for materials may also apply and can extend beyond our service warranty.

  • What kinds of tile work do you specialize in?

    We specialize in full shower installations, custom bathrooms, marble and large-format tile, specialty tile (such as glass), and heated tile floors. We also handle backsplashes, floors, and most other tile work.

  • How long does a typical bathroom or shower project take?

    Project timelines vary based on the type of work, but here’s a general estimate:

    Tub surround + bathroom floor: 5-7 days

    Curbed walk-in shower: 10-12 days

    Curbless walk-in shower: 12-14 days

    These timeframes assume standard conditions with no major customizations or additional work requested.

  • How long do other tile projects take?

    Foyer: 3-4 days
    Kitchen floor: 4-5 days

  • Do you offer full bathroom remodeling or just tile?

    We can take on full bathroom remodels. While tile is our specialty, we work with a team of trusted professionals to handle demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and finishing work.

  • Do you work with natural stone, large format, or specialty tiles?

    Yes! We’re experienced with all types of tile — including marble, porcelain, ceramic, glass, and travertine — and understand the techniques required to install each correctly.

  • Do you provide the tile and materials, or do I need to buy them?

    We’re flexible. We can help you source the tile and materials, or you can purchase them yourself. We’ll guide you either way to make sure it’s suitable for your project.

  • What will demolition day look like? Will we need to rent a trash dumpster?

    We will move the garbage off-site daily. No need to rent a dumpster.
    Demo day is by far the most active and noisy day. We will arrive, unload tools, set-up our disposal area, lay out floor protection across our path through your house, then get to work with removing everything (toilet, vanity, walls, tub, ceiling).
    We will have the room door closed most of the time and have a hepa air scrubber running so dust is contained within the work area.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Payment Terms

    We follow PA law regarding deposits. We request 33% + the cost of special order materials, down payment at the time of scheduling.

    The final amount is due at the completion of job after a walkthrough with customer.
